Return Policy

All items must be reported defective within 7 days of delivery. After the initial 7 days to report, the standard Return Policy WILL NOT be applied and the item will be returned at the customer's expense.

The return policy governs any purchase made through our rjrdiscounts.com website. RJR Discounts offers a 7 Days Return Policy for defective items from the date of arrival (DOA) at your location. Customer's returns must meet the following requirements stated below.

RJR Discounts hold no responsability for items lost in the mail. If an item becomes defective beyond the 7 days of receipt, the customer will have to contact the manufacturer for further assistance. Items subject to a refund will be charged a 25% restocking fee on return (There will not be restocking fee on defective items, return postage will be required). All returns must come in their original packaging units including manuals, chargers, accessories etc to be accepted. Before you return your items, you must contact us and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Any returns sent without a RMA number will not be accepted by RJR Discounts. You, the customer, assume all responsibility for the package until it arrives at our office.

Please Include The Following When Returning An Item.

Your RMA number (Refrain from writing anything on the retail box, doing so may void your return).

A note stating the problem.

A prepaid postage label equivalent to the weight and size of the package that you are sending to us.
Please consult with your local shipper(USPS, UPS, Fedex or DHL) for instructions.

Note: RJR Discounts will not be responsible for returned packages if lost by your mailing service. Also note that shipping fees and insurance are NON-Refundable. It is advised to keep a tracking no for such shipment. Additionally in the case that an item was delivered and was found to be in a non defective condition and the customer initiates a refund claim. RJR Discounts will reimburse only the purchase price of that product minus the shipping cost.

We do not process returns at our Administrative Office as we have warehouses in various locations. Therefore you must contact us for our corresponding return addresses.
